Please Pray for K - she had the opportunity to drive many hours to stay with family that are aging, and to our knowledge none of them know Jesus. K has some health issues including fatigue that make travel really draining. Pray for HIS strength and wisdom. She aims to be a light. Please pray that the accommodations would work out and that opportunities to share THE truth would arise and THE Gospel could be presented

I need deliverance. I am a gospel minister, who has served many years, but now I find myself captive to two forms of bondage -- food addiction and media addiction. I have a food disorder that causes me to overeat, causing damage to my health. My wife says, "That's just plain ol' gluttony." I have to say yes, and Amen. And the media addiction causes me to waste too much of God's time consuming entertainment via shows available over streaming services.
I know that I should be more productive as a minister, and my pot belly has created a real distraction from my ministry of the word. I am sorry and ashamed on both counts of my failures, but these evil habits have developed spiritual roots that are stronger than my will.
Please pray for the Lord to visit and deliver me. I want to serve our Lord with faithfulness and diligence again. I want to, as Paul said, "make full use of my ministry," and more effectively contribute to the work of the Church again, so that when I go to glory, I may hear my Lord say, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant." Amen.
